This was my first read of the 2022 and it was just… okay.
It had me hooked and it was a great page turner, I just didn’t really like it all that much. I didn’t like the twist or the relationships between the characters. I thought it was Written very VERY well though, and I can really appreciate that, which is why I gave it 4 stars! I loved that it was not extremely graphic considering the kind of content that was being described.
I would like to read more from karin slaughter!
