I’m convinced this book should have been titled either Tequila Sunrise or Turn Around; Donut is not an acceptable contender.

I struggled to get into the flow of this story in the beginning, but found my groove around 50%. I appreciated the emphasis Melissa Grace put on the platonic relationships instead of just the romantic one. Truthfully, Liv’s interactions with the Midnight in Dallas crew (Cash, Dallas, Derek, Luca, Antoni and Brady) were what held most of my interest; this isn’t to say that I didn’t like Liv and Hax as a couple—because I did…for the most part. I just grew frustrated with Liv’s stubbornness when it came to acting on her feelings for Jax.

I’m interested in giving Ella and Cash’s story a chance, but I am inpatient for Luca’s story to be release
