Coffin in the Sky

probably the best piece of pure horror prose in the ring series

Lemon Heart

a beautiful story that builds to a horrific ending but needed more time to breathe. i would have read a whole novel of Lemon Heart

Happy Birthday

v much feels like a direct epilogue to Loop. and like Loop it follows up the previous two, ties it all together, and feels immediately unsatisfying for it. But unlike Loop, it doesnt go on to establish its own great story that builds and builds, it just sorta goes, hey, heres what happened after Loop, heres why we talked about Coffins and Lemons, we're out peace. It does still manage to rally itself for a gut punch of an ending though so
