I really enjoyed this book, but it did have some rather irritating flaws. I had a lot of trouble getting past the names of the various locations. The capital of Winter being Januari for example. But the novel itself was very solid, even though I saw the big twist coming from a mile away. I enjoyed the characters, especially Meira, but ugh ugh that love triangle. I despise love triangles, and this one felt particularly pointless, especially when about half way through the book both options just seemed to vanish and become unimportant. Over all it was very good, and I'm looking forward to reading the next one.
