Obsidio by Jay Kristoff, Amie Kaufman

5.0

If there was ever a book that deserved a proper review, it’s Obsidio. However as my kind friend pointed out all I ever do in reviews is scream so it’s only fitting I start the review with...

(INTERNAL SCREAMING)

I have so much to say and at the same time I’m just ????? At loss for words? I love this so much?????? Idk what I expected but it was better than I could have imagineeeddd. No other series has ever stressed me out as much as this one but my godddd it was worth it! I love that whole stupid crew so much like look at those teenage idiots! THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Idiots. Anyway I love them all with alllll my heart and this book gave me so many moments I didn’t know I needed!!!!!

(Listen those notes from Isaac Grant on that one page YOU WILL KNOW WHAT PAGE IM TALKING ABOUT listen those notes saved my life idk how but they did and Isaac Grant is the true hero of this story)

I’m such trash for different characters coming together in a moment of crisis or whatever and then becomigg each others family I love it and this ending gave me The Lunar Chronicles feels in the best possible way.

ANYWAY I LOVED THIS BOOK AND I LOVE THIS SERIES . I laughed, I cried (more times than I would like to admit) and I am just happy but sad it’s over.

SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO NIK MALIKOV because he had some of the best moments in this book!!
