I Am a Cat by Natsume Sōseki

3.0

I wanted to love this book so badly!! The first chapter was great but as the book went on I saw way less of the cat and way more droning dialogue. The translator also gave this book major British vibes when I was expecting it to feel Japanese. But, overall I loved the cat and his scathing descriptions of his master and humans in general
