Leaving this review for a couple of days was a capital mistake because I was about to say I probably won’t remember much about this book when a bit of time has passed but I should have guessed it wouldn’t take more than a few days for my brain to dump anything resembling recollection of this down to wherever.

This, however, is not supposed to mean it was a bad book. Not – at – all! I love Laura Griffin’s books as easy palate cleansers in between bigger projects or books of series because you always get what you came for: a romantic suspense novel with strong heroines and intriguing love interests with a sprinkle (like, for real, it’s a sprinkle not a boatload) of spice.

It’s good for what it is and therefore I rate it this way even though I can’t recall the name of our FMC anymore just days after finishing it.
