I went in blind, as always, and this one did not disappoint. The banter? Sharp. The MMC? Deliciously obsessive and stalking like it’s a full-time job. And the FMC? A brilliant, witty queen who knows her way around both science and trouble.

The romance simmered in the background while the story kept dropping mystery after mystery, some of which actually made my jaw hit the floor. That cliffhanger, though. Criminal behavior. I’ll be eagerly waiting for book two.
