This was a super cute and funny graphic novel. In line with the obsession with all things American and pop culture in this universe, as Gretchen Wiener would say, this story was "so fetch!" Theo the tardigrade was my favorite character as were all the other aliens. The vibrant artwork and the slappy, fast-paced dialogue between the characters were most enjoyable. I hope a sequel is made because I need to know what happens next for Theo and Vess.
A couple of my favorite quips:
1. "Our studies indicate that 20th century Earth was phallocentric and worshipped white males. Is that not correct? Would you prefer a gown with Beyonce?"
2. "My gender is complicated, but you may continue calling me a dude . I assure you that I have not prurient interest in your genitals."
