In a story of ‘he said, she said’ few people will believe the accuser until another person backs up the story. This is a real story of loyalty and what people will do to hide or cover negative publicity that could have a knock on effect to their beloved hockey team and one of their star players.
There’s a few stand out characters that I really love - Benji and Amat in particular have very clear qualities their loved ones should treasure.
I look forward to reading the other books in this series.
