Fantastic finish to a fantastically dark trilogy. This trilogy is dark, it has violence and sex scenes (tip of the hat to the author's quip about the sex scenes in this trilogy) and much heartache. In the midst of revenge and hate and violence there is love and family, what it means to be family, sometimes family is who we choose and not who we are related to. Mia is a hero, but she is not the knight in shining armor. She is foul mouthed and selfish and a cold blooded murderer, but she is still the hero. The conclusion is most satisfactory and I highly recommend the whole trilogy.
