This book was funny and sweet and heartbreaking all at once and ugh I just couldn't put it down, I HAD to finish it in one sitting!

The conversations and bickering between Eden and Phillip felt realistic and natural. Their first encounter was very entertaining, I was smiling like an idiot for most of the book. Some scenes actually had me laughing out loud.

The grumpy/sunshine trope is played out so well!

I loved that Eden was able to do things outside of her comfort zone and pushed herself to try new things, all while working through her heartbreak. I also loved the change in Phillip's worldview when he started hanging out with Eden, and the way he actually listened to her when she spoke. I just loved these two so much!

I'm excited to check out this author's other books, and I'll definitely be purchasing a physical copy for my bookshelf!

If you're looking for a vacation-getaway, grumpy/sunshine romance, then please check this book out!

I received an advanced review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
