I think Dinah killed Brooke. Because Steve turned out he was not dead and I now have all the reasons to believe Dinah the greediest bitch who not only wanted all of Steve's money but also all of Royal's. Reed probably did go meet Brooke but she was probably already dead by the time he arrived.
