The Iron King by Julie Kagawa

3.0

Entertaining and frustrating. I started this book because I love the movie Labyrinth and honestly this book is practically a fan fiction of that movie, mixed with twilight, and add a dash of Lord of the Rings. If you’ve read the first book, you’ve read the whole series. All the books have the same plot points and basically the same conflict resolution. I will admit that I blazed through reading these though because they were like carbs and sugar: not good quality but highly addictive.
