Wow this was dark, and very uncomfortable to listen to. Getting it from the view of a child was on one hand very interesting and also quite funny, but in the other just so terrible and upsetting.

The narrator did a good job at getting the different feelings and characters across. I think it almost added to the horror of it, as if you were listening to them telling you what was happening and not doing anything about it.

My rating doesn't reflect the quality of the writing or translation, as it was very well done. Just the subject matter was horrific and not for me. I continued to listen with hope, but I wouldn't be able to recommend unless you are happy with the trigger warnings.
