Rosie and The Dreamboat by Sally Thorne

3.0

What. This book only has 43 pages, but those 43 pages had a lot. And I enjoyed every page!
“She’s my bravest little clamshell trooper this side of the city.”

The story, the banter, the concept - it was so adorable. I think that's what we have to expect from this series - girls meeting the love of their lives at the most random times. And the ending if this book was just unexpected...
“Well, compared to her, I’m a late bloomer.”
“I hear some roses are.”

The only thing I felt was that the book could be longer (and the fact that Rosie and Leo were acting a bit babyish?). We could have more time to connect with the characters. But besides that, it was a fun, quick read, and I would like to read more from Sally Throne.
“Mr. Husband,” Bree says to him with supreme satisfaction, “I can’t tell you how long we’ve been waiting for you to show up.”
