I'll be honest I didn't have the highest expectations for this book because it was the author's first novel. However, I was dead wrong! This book is well paced, have believable dialogue, great characters, and just enough political intrigue. I hope it gets a sequel! Maybe about her sister Cat. I had a hard time putting this book down and will be recommending it to all the readers in my life. The love story is very sweet as well. Will be putting this book in a treasured place on my bookshelf
