while I still enjoyed this and am interested to see where the story goes in book three, it didn't live up to the first

the writing flowed well. however, there was lots of repetition that wasn't needed, and way too much repeated emphasis on how handsome Aaron and nick are.

last thing was "Joan released a breath she hadn't realised she was holding." come on now.
