Unnecessarily long and repetitive, but funny and relatively engaging as Milo learns from his lives. The magic/fantasy bit doesn't fully make sense if you interrogate it, so you have to just go with it for the story to work. Reminds me of Midnight Library because this is a somewhat philosophical book about death and living well, too. Well written and interesting concept.
