Resisting Mr Rochester by Sharon Booth

3.0

Really liked the first few chapters and Tamsin as a character really grew on me, but then half way through I felt the author was dragging it out a bit and it needed to quicken up. It got too modern and boring which was a shame because the premise as a whole was nice.

Cara is a lovely character, humble and modest, and a good sense of humour!

I did like the ending though. A modern twist on Brontë ‘s ….but if you like the classics stick with them!
