Love Is a Mix Tape
by Rob Sheffield
Touching and sad, but it felt like this book barely scratched the surface of its subject matter due to its brief length. I could have done without the first couple of chapters about Rob's childhood, but would have liked a bit more detail about his life with Renée, and perhaps a peek at Rob's involvement in the music industry through his writing. The biggest things that I got out of this book are a huge list of songs that I need to download and a greater appreciation of music and mix tapes.
