Starting to wonder if RF Kuang pushed someone down the exorcist steps. There would probably be a moment in my life where I thought this portrayal of June was cartoonish, but having suffered from the folly of well meaning white women it might be more realistic than imagined.

Also her writers block could have simply been resolved if she lived her life? Like all she did was obsess over
