This book was soo good. I originally had a hard time getting into it and then by the end adored every little thing. I then realized, not sure if author wrote the book this way or not, that my feelings for the book grew just as Linus’ did for the kids, and Arthur. That by the end I was crying for the found family! So as Linus went on a journey to pop his bubble, my bubble for how I felt about the book also popped. While I feel there were a few instances I would have like more detail ( perhaps the second book goes more into it), I found the story so compelling and loved all the little reminders of the kids’ influences on Linus. I also really appreciated the music mentioned, it really helped with the ambience and now when I listen to Bobby Darin, I will think of them.
