I’m sorry but i feel like the people who’ve written these reviews are either lying or 12 years old😭 I see what the author was trying to make us feel but i didn’t feel any of the tension because we were never given an actual reason as to why Tate and Penny don’t get along. Why the enemies to lovers plot? what’s holding them back? Written like a classic wattpad fanfic.

Having said that I love a shitty wattpad fanfic and if i was 12 this probably would’ve had a chokehold on me. I finished it in 2 days so it was an easy read, if cringy and predictable.

If you’re looking for a book I’d recommend red white and royal blue over this
