The cutest, coziest winter read. I usually don’t peg myself to be a cozy, “Hallmark” romance reader, as in, I never read those types of books. But wow, something about the writing, the descriptions of a seaside winter, the delicious food mentioned, the tiny coffee shop that our main character opens, and the book club that runs throughout made me feel all the wintery, cozy vibes! I fell in the love with the setting and comfort that this book gives! The romance was an enemies to lover trope (new to me as a non-romance reader) and it is safe to say, I love the enemies to lovers back and forth love story. While much of this book is obviously clichés, I couldn’t help but fall in love with it. Am I now a romance reader?? If so, all credit for my interest goes to Jenny Bayliss!
