There are some very nice sections and some kitsh sections that undermines women a bit. All in all, it was a nice light read and it was good to have practical examples of what poor behaviours might be in day to day life as well as how to fix it but I wouldn't particularly recommend this book. There are other fiction and non fiction treating this subject better.
