I personally loved this novel. I really enjoyed getting to dive deep into what family means at Christmas time and how do we handle when our traditions change and people move on. I think it was great to acknowledge that Christmas is for the family you have found or made for yourself just as much as it is for your blood relative. I thought the characters developed pretty well throughout with alternating pov’s from our two main-main characters: Finn & Hannah.

If you just want some good vibes and an enjoyable plot line then I definitely recommend this book. It is not your typical Hallmark, everything is perfect novel but I think that’s what makes it great. I also love that this is just a fun read and I loved all the little quirks of our characters.
