Super Powereds: Year 3 by Drew Hayes
4.25
These books are written in such a way that they don't feel as long as they actually are. This one almost came to that point, i do think a few of the scenes could have been cut, but overall the pacing was good.
Thank goodness some of these characters' development finally reached a bareable threshhold, starting at a Level 0 character archetype is both lovely and loathsome bc the character development is gonna be there but until you get to that it can be painful.
As much as this is a high stress book, it's also super comforting bc this feels like a classic superhero comic which means i always know the "good" guys are gonna win. I'm invested now and need to get to the conclusion.
