3⭐️ Lo Blacklock returns as a freelance journalist post-pandemic now that she has a family. When she receives an invitation to a new luxury hotel she can’t pass it up. Once she gets there, she runs into quite a few people from her past. She wonders if it’s a coincidence. Once reunited with a particular character, I feel like she becomes very naive and makes stupid decisions.
Overall this was very slow paced and hard to get into. I really had to push myself to see it through. I was impressed by the first book the woman in cabin 10. But I feel like it didn’t really need this sequel.
