Mother Pucker

I was very excited about Shay’s book because I just knew we would be getting some unimaginable growth from her. Shay has been through some heavy trauma and so her reaction to it wasn’t all that unexpected. After such a loss her craving control so real. I loved how at the end of this book she was able to grow and be able to let go and live life.
Rowan Slick Parker was every bit of fun Shay needed in her life and once again seeing all these single men fall for these moms and their kids was so special to read. I kinda wish he got the same treatment that Bossman and ManBun got and was forced to live in the Brownstone because I felt like that brought those guys closer to everyone.
I think I would have given this book a 5 if it was less focused on the smut and more in building relationships. I know different authors write differently but from the first two books we got to see relationships building with the kids and the moms and the house and so I went into this book expecting the same.
Shay’s and Rowan’s relationship was more physical than I would have loved to read because I feel like there was more to Shay and Rowan that could have been explored. But otherwise great book overall.
Once again have to give props to Beckett for being a master schemer and I can’t wait to see the plan he has in motion for Delia because she has shown time and again that she is a man hater through and through so watching her fall would be amazing.
