“Marty was like junk food. You knew you should avoid it, but that sugar rush felt so damn good.”

Narration: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Book itself: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5
Spice: 🌶️🌶️

- frat boys
- opposites attract
- golden retriever energy
- bi awakening, sorta

Marty is the man with a plan, even if it’s a bit unconventional, and hits up Dalton to help him get his grades up AND be his boyfriend. As far as Dalton is aware, Marty has never been into guys, but Marty is ready to dive in head first.

Agreeing to help Marty out with more than just academics may be the stupidest thing Dalton has ever done, but from the moment Marty barreled into his life, Dalton has been the happiest he’s been in a really long time.

From the moment Marty popped up I knew I was going to love him, and his character did not disappoint. He’s chaos incarnate, but he’s so damn lovable, and while he and Dalton are completely opposites, they balance each other out so well.
