This book is both hilarious and heartbreaking. Full of adventure and hard-hitting themes, and it balances it all wonderfully. The humour makes the emotional parts hit harder.
This book explores some heavy themes. Such as war, the aids epidemic, death, suicide, and many more, and I think those themes were realy well writen.
The writing style took some getting used to but I ended up realy enjoying its uniqueness. 'Unique' is a word I'd use to describe all aspects of this book, actually. Its unlike anything I've ever read before, and I love that. I think this book is great, and it's realy stuck with me.
