This story was absolutely beautiful inside and out. You had me from page one and I could not stop. You did a fantastic job bringing Dorran and Cignette to life and telling a wonderful story. You brought forth some really difficult life lessons and wisdom.
Dorran is a dark storm all on his own and his back story is dark and tormented kittens so read those trigger warnings because it gets real heavy. He is a unique character because even though he is pretty dark, with a lot of touch her and die vibes. They don’t call him the Bloody Prince for nothing. He also has this other side to him that is deep in his bones and that is being completely protective of his found family. I wish I was his Little Swan.
Cignette is not as she seems and I loved that about her. She is such a strong woman and I loved seeing her come into herself and embrace who she was meant to be. There is so much more beneath the surface with her and she hides a very dark secret that its a wonder she stayed true to her true self.
I not only fell in love with the two main characters but every single side character as well.
