The Wolf Gift by Anne Rice
4.0
After a period spent on Christian stories Rice returns to the horror/morality tales that made her famous.
Taking on werewolves she does the genre a great service by coming up with new ways origins, effects, and characteristics. While the beginning is slow it quickly gains pace and meaning to carry you through a great adventure of discovery.
I strongly recommend it for any werewolf fan or fan of Rice's vampire or witches stories.
I gave it an 8.5/10 on my personal scale.
