This book reminds me of beauty and the beast, except they're both beasts to each other and to their own people beauties. I really liked that their friendship/relationship was built on common ground, good communication, and shared circumstances. This is frequently how good relationships, marriages and arranged marriages prosper. The fact that they truly come to love each other is beautiful. A lovely fantasy story, that developed really well and the end was fantastic!
