A deeply insightful and helpful read that has helped me understand my own diagnosis and mental health better. I feel equipped with more tools to handle it as well as a new kindness towards myself and new expectations that I need to get more comfortable with over time. I appreciated the authors authenticity and honesty and although we had vastly different experiences a lot of what she experiences were hugely relatable. It felt good to not be alone in that. I will leave it there. A bit emotional and lots to unpack but I am glad I read it.
Moderate: Child abuse, Domestic abuse, Emotional abuse, Mental illness, and Panic attacks/disorders
