Dearie: The Remarkable Life of Julia Child by Bob Spitz

Did not finish book.
This is my Food for Thought book club's selection for June and July, and I could not get far at all (2% on the Kindle version). Ugh, very disappointing! I highly enjoyed [book My Life in France], so I expected to like this too, since it's about Julia Child. But no. The writing style was terrible and the amount of detail Spitz thought to put in just shut me down. I stopped reading this and picked up Salt, Sugar, and Fat instead.
