Crazy by Adriana Locke

3.0

So far I've loved every single book Locke has published but at the moment, I'm taking this rating as a personal achievement. I've found that, for me, it is important, as a reader, to not like a book written by my favourite author.

I love the Gibson Boys and each boy is my favourite for very different reasons and I love them in my way. Wesley Ward a.k.a Peck Ward was my favourite because of his constant happy nature and that cheeky smile.

As much as I was waiting for Crazy and hoping for it to be my favourite in this series, it didn't meet the mark. I just couldn't love it.

I've never been a fan of insta-love in a full-length novel and even though the story was moderately paced, for the timeline it covered, I just felt it was too fast.
In a couple of weeks Peck and his "love interest" went from falling in love to talking about getting married and having babies. (No I haven't given you any spoilers)

There was also an epilogue — one when taking into account the storyline, I would have preferred for it to be a few years down the line.

Is this a goof/fantastic read? Sure for some readers.
Did I hate it? Nope, and at this moment I'm in the minority since it simply didn't work for me.

3 Stars!
