Give Up the Ghost
by Megan Crewe
Give Up the Ghost deals with grief realistically, doesn't force a love interest onto you, and shows the truth behind high school life. Despite it being a work of fiction, it was incredibly truthful. One of the main things I must say that I didn't like is the ending. It felt like it needed another chapter. It gave no indication to the reader the end was coming, it was just there.
