Desires We Seek by Dana Isaly

4.0

As far as the One Night Series goes, I think this is my favourite book, with Burden We Carry coming in a close second. Previous volumes have taught us that Owen and Pyro (Hudson) had been great friends for a long time. Both males are bisexual and frequently use each other to let off steam. If you're searching for a plot-driven novel, this is not the book for you. This is a very spicy novel. We watch as Owen and Hudson's friendship develops from being friends with benefits to becoming a wonderful polyamorous relationship with Aurora (Owen's wife). Their chemistry was flawlessly crafted, and Hudson, Owen, and Aurora were meant to be together. All of his buddies, notably Quin, who has been supporting them since the wedding, were incredibly supportive about it, which I was really happy about.

“I love you. I am sickeningly in love with you,” I say. “It’s gross, honestly. I disgust myself.” Owen laughs.  “Same here.”
