I LOVE Jacqueline Wilson, but I don't know if I'll read another grown ups book by her.
This was so infuriatingly predictable and just quite dull.
She went into detail on uninteresting things and the MC was sooo unsure and hesitant, like a teenager! For a woman of forty she was mindbogglingly unaware of herself. Maybe that was the point but it did annoy me.
Once Elliedumps gary it gets a bit better since it's gratifying to watch her do that. But just because I have been screamin at her to just get on with it for the past HOURS.
