I haven't read a fantasy book in ages and it certainly felt like one, there's nothing quite like it. The slow pace at the beginning was great to explain the different world and helped me back into the fantasy realm that I didn't realise I had missed so much. Lila Bard became a favourite character of mine. Can't wait to read the next one!
