The art style is superb as expected.
This is a spin-off that takes place after JJBA part 4 without much of a connection to the original story. Rohan at the Louvre is a relatively simple story, so don't expect a JJBA-class action or plot. That being said, it's an entertaining-enough piece of work. Absolutely beautiful to look at. I decided it'd be better to get as a collectible than an action figure. I don't see myself selling it or giving it away anytime in the future.
