I really didn't like this book. However, I don't think it was necessarily bad - just really hugely not for me. It was not as creepy as I'd expected from the tagline, nor did the concept of reading your own life play into the narrative as much as I'd expected it to. I also kept muddling up the families because they were the same - parents with a son - in the earlier parts of the book. It was quite sad, and felt more like it was about spite than revenge.
