This was a wonderfully written slow burn friends to lovers novel. I love childhood best friends where everyone already thinks they are dating each other. Solomon and Brody have been best friends for 20 years and Solomon 's been pining for at least half the time.
I loved the friendship, the kind where they are so in sync. Solomon and Brody are totally sweet together. Really loved the secondary characters, especially Ms. Copeland. This is a dual POV book with low steam. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for a low angst, friends to lovers story!
Also hopefully Austin gets a book? Or a short story? I'm just curious.
