ngl the epilogue got me but

i think wallace getting to come back to life at the end was kind of antithetical to the rest of the book talking about accepting death as part of life? just felt like the book wanted to have a nice happy ending where the two leads get to be together when i think it would have been more impactful for wallace to have accepted his death and gone through the door. just kinda cheapened the book overall for me.
