Oh my god did I love this book! The blurb alone had be itching to pick this book up! I loved having her go back in time essentially and reliving her life, but this time on her terms.
Micai is an absolute badass and let me tell you..I’m in love with all her crazy. She is such a strong person and has been through two lives almost. She isn’t taking anymore shit and I was there cheering her on the whole time! Her men?! I’m obsessed. I love love love the unhinged personality of Annex. Of course he’s my favorite. I cannot wait to see her relationships grow in the next book. I also am curious to see who else joins in the harem..hope it’s a lot! She definitely deserves it. Mr. Valor *cough* *cough*
I loved the writing and descriptions of all the fighting scenes! I could really picture it all in my head. Made my own little movie! There are still so many questions I have but I think everything is being revealed at the right times. I am fine with being left in the dark for now, but am definitely itching to pick the next one up asap.
This is my first book by this author and I’m already obsessed with her skills! I can’t wait to see how this story unfolds. The ending is a cliffhanger….a very heartbreaking one at that but I’m gonna keep my hopes up that things will work out in the next one or else I’ll fall apart
