The way I didn’t expect to cry from this book. I felt so connected to Elsie and all her emotions hit me hard. The way her emotions are depicted is incredible, I could feel it all. I for once didn’t cry because someone died, which is kinda new for me, I cried when she found out she didn’t get the job. The emotions felt so raw and real and I couldn’t help but feel for her and resonate with her feelings as if they were my own. I love the way Ali Hazelwood writes her books and it’s always a fun read.

I already knew I would like this book since I loved “the Love Hypothesis” But I was more than pleasantly surprised when i never felt bored reading this book. It was interesting through and through. I haven’t read a book like that in a while and I’m overjoyed that this book delivered like this. I have actually been in a reading slump but this book has gotten me right back into it. I was obsessed with reading this book and really struggled to put it down. I loved this book!!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. So light hearted with so much banter. Amazing read.

Also if anyone’s curious it’s is explicit and it was well written imo.
