Blood After Dawn is the second book in the series. Brenna Harlow has brought us a new couple in this book as many who read the first book thought this one would continue with Kora and Aldeon but no we did meet Jezabel and Brone in the first book but now we get to know them better.
Jez might seems like a the mean girl before the vampires attack. But as we learn of her past life situations and childhood then how she turn her life around when she lose everything.
Brone is sweet and he show the difference between dhampirs and human. But he becomes devoted to Jez because she is his mate and I love how he won’t give up her and she doesn’t give in to easy. But in the end he finally show her how much he care for her and their journey turn spicy.
Blood After Dawn has incredible characters. Brenna Harlow has done wonderful job with this series. SoulBlood has been a fantastic series to read. I can not wait to read the next book.
