THIS BOOK! Has defo took me out of a reading slump and I’m so happy to be back in the MPU!!

1) I love the footnotes (there’s a lot of it) but it captures daisy’s thought process beautifully and it makes you feel more connected to her.

The Daisy Haites book is definitely not as toxic as Magnolia Parks in my opinion but the SHIT THAT GOES DOWN IN THIS BOOK (I definitely tabbed a lot throughout). When we got a glimpse of Daisy in the first book I didn’t like her but we got to see why she was so bitchy and she’s just so loveable.

I definitely went into this book blind and didn’t know there was going to be gang lords, and an over protective brother and nothing beats the relationship between Daisy and Julian <3
